I was checking some comments of this blog and I found one that attracts my attention. The Author is “shit” (I guess the personality goes with the author’s name) and commented that “http://digifotoblog.com/ is shit. The content is useless, ads shit!!!” (See image below)

Hey shit, if you think that I will approve that comment, the answer is NO. I am not the type of person who gives pleasure to some lowly life like you. And I don’t care if you think that the content of this blog is useless because I’m sure that you are one of the people who are eagerly wanted to blog but no means nor even have brain to do it. Get a life for your sake!

I bet this commenter will not stop commenting but who cares at least an additional traffic from Bocaue, Bulacan is a plus. Thanks for the traffic shit! hahaha

Bangkok – Street Foods

After visiting Grand Palace for the 2nd time around, I walked to the streets outside the Palace and noticed that there are lots of Food vendors on the sidewalk.

In this post I will only show the photos since I haven’t tried any of these foods. Though I was tempted to try what I saw, I got scared, scared of getting some diseases.

Grand Palace, Bangkok – For the 2nd time around

The last time I visited Grand Palace in Bangkok was April 2003, that was more than five years ago. That was the time I bought my first Samsung digital camera at the Dubai International Airport Duty Free and guess how big the megapixel is? It’s a whopping 1.6MB hahaha…. Well, during that period only few people have digital cameras and I’m proud to be one of them.

I went there October 14, 2008 and that day was a special day, woke up with a smile hahaha…. After I had lunch in Mali Restaurant I went to the Grand Palace for a visit. Just an advice for the first time visitors of this country, make sure you visit this place, you won’t regret. History always speaks for itself.

Apple Store now in Philippines

I received an email from Apple today and I was surprised that there’s an Apple Store in Philippines Apple Online Store. Woohoo!!!

I started using Macbook months ago and I’m really excited that they now ship Apple products in Philippines and the catch is the shipping is free when you order more than PHP 3,000.00. Another thing is if you are an eligible student or a teacher you can get discounts on Apple products.

A while ago I tried to compare the price of the Apple Online Store and JR.com where I ordered my Macbook. I looked at the price of iMac 24” which I am planning to buy for my room and a difference of $47.00 that you’ll pay extra when you order through Apple store and have it delivered in the Philippines.

Not bad at least I don’t have to carry it from Dubai to Philippines. 🙂

The Mali Restaurant in Bangkok

October 14, 2008: It was not my first time in this restaurant, earlier that day I had breakfast with Will who I’ve met the night before in some bar in Bangkok. Since he’s familiar with the place, I asked him if he knew good restaurants in Bangkok and he recommended me The Mali Restaurant. Before we parted ways that night, he invited me to have breakfast with him in that restaurant.

While having breakfast, I found out that Will happened to be working with the same company that I’ve been working for the past 4 years. He’s in Thailand for his scheduled vacation, so was I. What a small world eh? Anyway before I get side tracked again with my story about Mali Restaurant, later that day I went back to Mali to have lunch and try their Tom-Yum Soup (my favorite Thai dish).

LASIK surgery at Asian Eye Institute

It took me years to finally decide and go through LASIK surgery. I had to consider lots of things before I decided to go through with it. Like, am I brave enough to have my eyes operated? What if something goes wrong with the surgery, I’ll be left blind. Of course I don’t want to be the first blind blogger right? As if I can still blog if I’m blind hahaha…. The other thing is, can I afford it? It turned out that I can. J

So, few weeks before the operation I emailed and even called Asian Eye Institute to schedule my appointment for the screening. The screening will let you know if you are eligible to go through LASIK.

This is the latest online project that I started last month. It’s about a social network for the OFW’s (Overseas Filipino Workers). I thought of this project in thinking of imitating Friendster where the majority of the registered users are Filipinos.

It has everything an internet user is looking for a social network. You can upload photos, videos and music. You can advertise (Buy & Sell) in our Forum section. You can create your group and even chat with your fellow members.

OFWfriends.com started September 18, 2008 and so far there 101 members registered, including me.
